Services update: Sandbox, Outsourced admin and New training packages
Our latest launch event was not just about fresh new features that our magnificent development team had been working on but we also showcased some of the new services we had productised to help our customers implement, test, get help and to train their employees. In this blog we'll go through Sandbox organisations, outsourced admin service and fresh new training packages.

Sandbox
First of all, let’s give a definition of sandbox. It’s simply a testing environment for customers’ admins and other test users to try the functionalities without affecting the production data and before full rollout to the rest of the organisation. Besides Sandbox some call it a demo environment or test version but the purpose is the same.
For many of our customers, we’ve already had sandboxes for years, but just recently we have made it part of the offering. If you are interested, feel free to reach out to us!
Outsourced admin service
Our world-class support team handles every day almost any kinds of problems our customers may even imagine. At the same time we’ve developed a bunch of features to allow admin users to handle basic and even advanced tasks completely by themselves so that they don't need to contact our support.
We also know that many of the admin users are so busy that it doesn’t make sense for them to spend their time on those tasks, so instead of just giving instructions how to do those tasks, we can also do it for them based on their requests.
What this means in practice is that by outsourcing your admin work, we can invite users, make changes to user rights and organisational hierarchy, add new templates and even translations for you.
How we basically do it is that we define users, who can request changes or tasks, transparently track those requests and invoice based on working hours. This can save numerous hours of customers’ time as we can often do many of those tasks faster. You can get a sense of the pricing below.
Training packages
To put this one in simple terms: we have packaged the trainings for:
- different products like whistleblowing and tenant portals
- different user groups like admins and end-suers
- different functionalities like statistics.
All of these come with a fixed one-time fee so it’s really easy to buy.
